Best Bowhunting Gear of 2019

There's a lot of great bowhunting gear out there, but there's also a lot of hype.

So to help cut through the clutter, we picked some of our and our customer’s tried-and-true favorites.

From bows to arrows to archery accessories, here’s some of the best bowhunting gear of 2019:

Easton T64 FMJ Arrows

The new FMJ arrow from Easton starts at 6mm in the front and then tapers down to 4mm at the nock end for less wind drag and better penetration. Easton engineers say this gives you the best of both worlds: a high FOC (Front-of-Center—the percentage of the arrow's total weight that is located in the front half of the arrow) that allows you to shoot standard broadheads but still has the performance benefits of a micro diameter arrow.

TenPoint Nitro XRT Crossbow

TenPoint's latest model touts sizzling speeds of 470 feet per second. Its center-mounted riser eliminates the “nose-heavy” feel of traditional crossbows and produces one of the smoothest shots on the market.

Sitka Fanatic Pack

This pack is designed for the hardcore whitetail hunter. Sitka worked with deer researchers to get a better understanding of how deer hear and what types of frequencies and noise levels might be most alarming to them. Then, they updated their fabric materials and pulled out any potentially noisy features when designing this pack. It has no buckles, no Velcro, or and no loud zippers.

Ravin R26 Crossbow

The R26 is 26 inches in length, a scant 5.75 inches wide when fully cocked, and weighs 6.5 pounds. It is minuscule in comparison to all other models and yet the bow feels stable and solid when shooting it. It zips arrows out at 400 feet per second despite a short, 9.5-inch power stroke and proves highly accurate.

Burris Oracle Rangefinding Bow Sight

This is an easy-to-use sight that gives you the exact range to your target and the precise aiming point for that distance. You just sight in at 20 yards plus two farther distances, and the Oracle automatically calculates your arrow's entire trajectory. The Oracle is also constructed of aluminum, with no glass to glare or fog, weighs 17 ounces, and the laser rangefinder will put out a reading on big game out to 200 yards.

SpyderWeb No Speed Limit Targets

There is no limit on the speed at which you can fire an arrow at these archery targets. No matter how fast your arrow is flying when it pierces a SpyderWeb No Speed Limit Target, you will be able to easily remove your arrow with only two fingers. Plus, the self-healing Spylar mesh target face makes the hole created by the arrow vanish almost magically. SpyderWeb’s line of No Speed Limit targets are the most durable and high performing archery targets money can buy. With unmatched stopping power, they are like no other.

At SpyderWeb Targets, our aim is to improve your aim and provide you with the most enjoyable shooting experience possible.

Great Target

Works exactly as advertised. Easily stops crossbow bolts at 460 fps with about 6 to 8 inches of penetration. Very easy to remove bolts.

Best Crossbow Target!

I’m really amazed with how this target stops the bolts on my Havoc 440 crossbow. The bolts are also really easy to pull out which is a super nice bonus. I highly recommend this target to everyone!
